Terms of Service

• Use it for free. Don't abuse it, attack it, or use it to harm other people.
• AI writes the lessons and grades your work. It can be wrong. Verify anything that matters.
• It's early-stage software. Things will break. We don't promise uptime or that your data survives.
• You keep ownership of what you write. Contributing a lesson gives us permission to publish it.
• Either of us can end this at any time.

By creating an account or using Praxis924 ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. If you're using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms for them.

You need to be at least 16 to use the Service.

Praxis924 is an AI-powered learning and practice platform: it generates a curriculum, provides an AI tutor, grades exercises and coding challenges, and simulates mock interviews. It is operated by Jayant Singh as an independent, early-stage project.

The Service currently costs nothing and has no billing system. We may introduce paid plans in the future. If we do, we'll announce it clearly and give existing account holders reasonable notice by email. We won't silently start charging an account, and we won't hold your existing data hostage behind a new paywall.

Keep your password to yourself and your account details accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at jayantsingh924@gmail.com if you think it's been compromised.

Lessons, tutor answers, exercise grading, code feedback, and interview scores are produced by large language models. They are generated, not authored or fact-checked line by line by a human. They can be confidently wrong.

Treat everything here as study material, not as authoritative reference, and definitely not as professional advice — legal, financial, medical, or otherwise. A mock interview score is a practice signal, not a prediction of any real hiring outcome. Verify anything you're going to rely on.

Don't:

• Break the law, or use the Service to harm, harass, threaten, or impersonate anyone.
• Post content that's abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone else's rights — this includes discussion comments and direct messages.
• Attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or the infrastructure behind it.
• Scrape or bulk-extract the curriculum, or resell the Service's output as your own product.
• Use the AI features to generate malware, spam, or content designed to deceive people.
• Abuse free AI capacity — for example, automating the tutor or generation endpoints to burn through provider quota.

Good-faith security research is welcome and explicitly not a violation — see the security page.

You keep ownership of your notes, comments, messages, code, and contributed lessons.

By posting content to a shared surface (a discussion thread, a lesson contribution), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display, and distribute it as part of the Service — including within the portable content pool, which is designed to be exported and shared across instances. If you contribute a lesson that we publish, we'll credit you.

Only submit content you have the right to submit. Don't contribute material copied from a book, a course, or your employer's internal docs.

We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we moderate reported comments.

The Praxis924 software, branding, and design are proprietary and © 2026 Jayant Singh. These terms don't give you a licence to copy or redistribute the platform itself.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Being concrete rather than hiding behind capital letters: this is early-stage software running on modest infrastructure. It may be unavailable, lose data, generate wrong content, or change without notice. Third-party AI providers we depend on may be down or out of quota, in which case features simply won't work. We don't offer an SLA or an uptime guarantee. Please keep your own copy of anything you'd be upset to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you've paid us — which is zero.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

You can stop using the Service whenever you like, and you can ask us to delete your account via the contact form. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaks these terms, or discontinue the Service entirely — if we shut it down, we'll give notice and a way to get your data out.

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date will change, and for material changes we'll notify account holders by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute — though we'd much rather you just email us and let us fix the problem.
